Run/Slide/Jump has been updated to v0.3.0!

Changelog:

• Added two new tracks to Marble Towers, completing the playlist: Centerpiece and Shattered, both time trials.
• Added a tutorial that appears as an option when playing the game for the first time, and in the track selector under the Welcome to Run/Slide/Jump playlist.
• Fixed a bug that prevented ghosts from being playable.
• Added various style tweaks (sounds, visuals, etc).
